Final Sale on Custom Items: All custom-made cards are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the approved design.

Reporting a Problem: Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.
